The Trust aims to provide investors with a total return consistent with a balanced commercial property portfolio.

Fund Description

Income is forecast to be the main driver of property funds for the next few years. Our focus is on protecting and enhancing the existing income in the portfolio coupled with acquiring properties with solid fundamental characteristics that provide either long, secure income, or that offer growth prospects and active management for future performance.

Gerry has managed the Trust since its launch in 2004. He is involved in setting and implementing fund strategy and is also a member of the property investment committee. He has been with SWIP since September 2000 and has over 35 years of experience in the industry.
